OUR STORY
How we started
Ethel Rose Pieri is the owner and head decorator of CustomBirthdayCakes.Net and Custom Cakes by Pieri. Since she was a little girl, she was always in the kitchen creating wonderful meals and desserts for her family and friends. She liked giving friends, family, neighbors, and co-workers unique gifts of gourmet desserts. The gifts where such a great hit, that many inquires were made about how to purchase them. By the time Christmas 2007 was over, 30 large rum cakes, 45 small rum cakes, and various other desserts where sold. For Ethel Rose it was the beginning of a different baking journey for her.

Today, Ethel Rose has expanded her baking skills with the enjoyment of making and sculpting custom cakes and gourmet desserts. She is able to take almost any image given to her and create a delicious 3D completely edible cake. Not only is it important to her that everyone enjoys her creations but also to make it affordable. She wants everyone to experience a custom cake for their special occasions. She can work with almost any budget.
